Initial consultation
In a personal initial consultation, we clarify your situation in detail, discuss possible courses of action and set goals together. Our initial consultations are carried out at a flat rate.
Hourly rates
When billing by the hour, costs are based on the actual time spent. In certain cases, a cost cap (“fee cap”) may be agreed upon.
E.g. out-of-court consulting
Attorney tariff (RATG, AHK)
The fee is calculated based on the amount in dispute. In this case, billing may be based either on individual services or on a so-called "flat rate."
E.g. representation before courts and authorities

Legal expenses insurance
We work with various legal expense insurance providers. If you retain our services, we will be happy to handle the coverage inquiry and take care of the billing directly with your insurance company.
