Takeover of your dunning process

A functioning dunning system is the cornerstone for enforceable claims. We can already intervene here. If debtors do not respond, a lawyer's reminder letter often helps. An enforceable installment agreement can also be made.

Enforcement of claims in court

If the debtor does not respond to out-of-court requests, we can take legal action immediately and in due time.

Representation in execution proceedings

If the debtor is still unwilling to pay despite the court order, we enforce claims by means of execution. Properly placed, individual means of execution (e.g. account seizure or salary execution) are very promising.
