Pro Bono
To me, practicing law means more than just representing clients who pay for my services. Those who have mastered the tools of the law also bear a responsibility to use them where they would otherwise be lacking—especially for those who cannot advocate for themselves.
Driven by this conviction, I volunteer my time to animal welfare causes alongside my work at the law firm. As a member of Animal Care Austria, I see the dedication with which they work—and how often legal support is lacking. Whether it’s animal transport under unacceptable conditions or cases of neglect that aren’t given the weight they deserve in legal proceedings: The law can and should do more in these areas.
I therefore offer free legal advice to selected animal welfare organizations and, in justified individual cases, to private individuals as well. My practice focuses on the formation and organization of associations, providing guidance through administrative procedures, the legal structuring of partnerships, and the initial assessment of specific cases, including an overview of possible courses of action.
I decide whether to take on pro bono cases on a case-by-case basis. An informal letter with a brief description of your matter is sufficient—you will receive a personal response in any case.
